Flamboyant Wasafi Stylist, Q boy Msafi, has sadly lost his way. He has headed down the drain too first.

From running stylist pieces, putting together drool worthy piece of clothing for Wasafi artist, to designing unique themed pieces for the Wasafi crew, Q boy was flying high, setting trends in the fashion industry.

Watch Video:

He was sort after by East African artists who wanted his talented hand to knit their wanting fashion into context. At some point he was inspired to release two records after the Wasafi singing spirit rubbed off on him.

However his success could not cushion him from what was coming to him. Qboy was reportedly kicked out of Wasafi for snitching, being unproductive and basically biting the hand that feeds him. He jetted to South Africa saying he has gone to further his studies. While in South Africa he become a barber and went under until he resurfaced recently.

In his new pictures, he’s a shell of his old self. His once neat dreadlocks have been replaced with a clean shaven head. From running fashion, Q boy is now running mihadarati with fellow tejas.

Gone are the fancy clothes, cars and rich sense of health. He now looks sorrowful and in dire need for help. The drugs have turned him to a street urchin and petty thief to finance his insatiable thirst for hard drugs and illicit brew.

It’s quite sad to see a bright youth running on the wrong path. It’s our hope that he gets the help he need.
