Ham’s residence is voted as the most beautiful residential house in the Horn of Africa region.

Owned by Uganda’s 30 year old tycoon, Hamis Kiggundu.

Designed and build by American architects, the property is valued at Sh. 12.4 Billion.

The house boosts of 25 bedrooms and a master 27ft61 suites, complete with stellar Jacuzzis, wine cellar and bathtubs.

Notable among others is a 30 people capacity 5D Cinema room which doubles as a screening room with imported modern fittings.

The residence also boasts of a custom made swimming pool imprinted with HAM’s initials, complete with a basketball Court.

For his toys, Ham’s residence is characterized with long driveways and a modern parking space.

Though he’s not a descendant of grass to grace like most billionaires, Ham is said to be reaping the fruits of his woke investments in his 20s.

He owns Ham’s towers in Makerere and Ham shopping mall in Navikubo, Uganda.

He’s a trained lawyer and a property mogul with a net worth of Ksh. 21 Billion which translates to Ush 731 Billion.

Ham has authored a book titled Success and Failure based on Reason and Reality.

The book was originally published in 2018 and retails $25.81 on Amazon.
